Sucker Jeans™ is the world’s first manufacturer of seersucker jeans. Our flagship product, a five-pocket, riveted, solid colored, yarn dyed, seersucker jean, made its debut on the catwalk during the 2008 Charleston Fashion Week.

Founded in 2008 by Cary Weber, Sucker Jeans is rooted in America’s new south and believes fashion should be nostalgic, fun, unique and comfortable. Sucker Jeans will primarily use cool, thin and comfortable fabrics historically used in the south, in a time before air conditioning, in a region known for warm humid weather. All this comfort is wrapped in edgy, forward fashions that capture the grace, charm, friendliness and culture of the Southeast.

Since seersucker comes in many patterns, from solid black and navy to an array of stripes, our consumer can be as unique or typical as they want; yet, they’ll always comfortable. Low-rise, button-fly, hip-hugging, skinny, wide leg, classic, bell-bottom, boot cut, straight, loose, ankle, and baggy jeans in seersucker – that’s what Sucker Jeans™ considers fun!

In addition to seersucker, fabrics such as linen, poplin, pinfeather, madras, silk, as well as denim are used in the making of the Sucker Jeans™ clothing line. Sucker Jeans™ will also re-introduce southern grown indigo as a natural dye in some of its clothing. Some fabrics are blended with spandex to achieve contemporary fashion lines. All clothing produced is unique, upscale, versatile and of the highest quality.

Imagine friends and family gathered under giant oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. Heaping plates of butter beans, okra, fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese. Picture beaches with slithering coastal waterways, rural farm communities and gentle mountains. These images served as inspiration for Sucker Jeans.

Along with seersucker jeans, Sucker plans to roll out a full line of clothing and accessories for men, women, and children.
